Delivery Associate (2-person crew)
- Safely deliver big & bulky items
- In-home placement / white-glove tasks (when assigned)
- Capture photo POD and notes
Dispatcher / Route Coordinator
- Schedule customer appointment windows
- Route planning and exception handling
- Communicate ETA updates to shippers/customers
